Quantum Racing is able to custom make pistons and rods for a wide variety of engines not listed on our shelf parts. CP-Carrillo offers a wide variety of forgings made specifically for your application. Each piston and rod is designed using sophisticated 3-D modeling software and manufactured with advanced techniques making your product the lightest and strongest combination on the market. Anti-Rotating Wire Locks
Are you tired of the time consuming task of installing conventional wire locks and damaging a perfectly good piston in the process?
Well, no more rotating with the KRAMM-LOX wire lock. CP-Carrillo has partnered exclusively with KRAMM-LOX to produce non-rotating wire locks for pistons. "SURE-lox" are able to withstand very heavy loads and high RPMs. They are designed to directly replace standard wire locks with no additional machining to the piston and "SURE-Lox" will not rotate in the lock groove even under extreme conditions. They are available in most wrist pin sizes. KRAMM-LOX installation tools make assembling much easier without deformaing locks. For more details or to order contact Quantum Racing.

SPORT COMPACT
CP-Carrillo offers over 500 shelf parts from the Sport Compact shelf line with a wide range of sizes for the most popular engine types. Every piston and rod is designed through extensive research and development with the support of some of the biggest names in motorsports.
CP pistons are designed for oversized valves, high lift camshafts and available in a variety of compression ratios and bore sizes. DLC Coated Pins
CP Diamond-Like Coated Premium Pins are manufactured from high quality 9310 steel. Our metal-free carbon coating is harder than steel ensuring a durability unsurpassed by any other pin on the market today. CP BULLET PISTONS
The “Bullet Series” piston is manufactured by CP Pistons. Manufactured from 2618 alloy these pistons utilize an “FSR” forging for added structural support, strength and durability. Kits come standard with chromoloy wrist pins, wire locks, a gas nitrited steel top ring; Napier back cut 2nd ring and a soft nitrited 3mm oil ring.
